Four Seasons Maldives launches Hydrofoil experiences

The property is about to propel daring guests over the water with a series of innovative hydrofoil experiences from kite foiling to wake foiling, lift foiling to naish wing-surfer.

Brought to the Maldives in partnership with ocean innovators Ocean Group Pvt, hydrofoils provide guests with a unique chance to become at one with the water, gliding exhilaratingly close to its surface at thrilling speeds using a hydro dynamically designed fin with wings.

Adrenalin junkies can opt for kitesurfing on a North Pro hydrofoil kiteboard, or try out the thrill of the slingshot wake foil, wakeboarding above the waves.

Meanwhile, those wanting to choose their own speed should opt for the lift foil, where an electric foil board responds to a hand controller synced with an electric motor so riders can control their speed and master the art of “flying” over the surface of the water.

Four Seasons Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru is a luxury resort offering 103 villas in the Baa Atoll UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the new Hydrofoil Experience, guests can soar through the skies in a Flying Triggerfish seaplane, “fly” over corals in the world-exclusive DeepFlight submarine and rehabilitate sea turtles in the Marine Discovery Centre.
