Pan Pacific London reveals meeting and event spaces

Pan Pacific London has announced that it will feature the largest ballroom in the capital’s Square Mile when it opens this autumn, giving planners a brand-new space for celebrations and conferences for up to 400 guests.

In the heart of the city, Pan Pacific London will offer 237 rooms and suites in the city’s new landmark tower just across from Liverpool Street Station.

The extensive 464sqm smart Pan Pacific Ballroom can be sub-divided into two separate rooms for smaller events and will provide direct access from Bishopsgate Plaza via a glass escalator and elevator. It will also have connectivity capabilities via a live feed to the VIP suite located in the pre-function area, which is able to accommodate 285 guests.

The ballroom will be complemented by the Level Five Meeting Rooms, which have been named after renowned coaching inns that were once located in and around the current hotel site from the mid-1400s.

With an 81sqm breakout area known as The Hub, Meetings Concierge and floor-to-ceiling windows, all meeting rooms will enjoy natural light most with views over the bustling Bishopsgate Plaza. Accommodating 294 guests, there will also be a Green Room facility for organisers when the space is exclusively hired across the five meeting rooms.

Meanwhile, the Level Three Creative Space will offer a more creative, relaxed, styled meeting space. Four meeting rooms with state-of-the-art technology are wrapped around a central area, accompanied by a home-style kitchen pantry stocked with snacks, beverages, and delicious breakfast and lunch options. This self-contained, comfortable space is also available for exclusive hire for 84 guests.

On opening, in addition to the meeting and event spaces which will total almost 897sqm, Pan Pacific London will feature a landscaped public plaza, a floor dedicated to guest’s well-being, incorporating a dramatic 18.5-metre infinity pool with spectacular cityscape view; treatment rooms and sleeping pods; gym with free training area; sauna and steam rooms; and more landscaped outdoor space than any other luxury hotel in the area, with gardens integrated into the design of the restaurants and recreational facilities.
